  • Self Care

    Mindful moments are important for your mental and emotional health. Taking uninterrupted moments throughout the day honors your thoughts and feelings, and we will practice taking time for yourself through journaling.

  • You and Baby

    Your baby is totally dependent on you for their wellbeing. A holistic approach to pregnancy and birth supports mothers best. We’ll discuss nutrition, exercise, sleep, pelvic floor health, lactation, and comfort measures before, during and immediately following birth.

  • Relationship Care

    Healthy relationships are the cornerstone of healthy families and ultimately, healthy communities. We offer a checkup for your relationship in preparation for parenthood. We will discuss and assess your relationship with your child’s father, and experiment with activities for healthy communication.

  • Stacy is the doula I never knew I needed. I gave birth to my daughter via a tub birth at a Birthing Center in December 2022.
